Prime Minister is the chief crisis manager of the country. According to Lord Morley, head of the Government in parliamentary form of government i.e. Prime Minister is "Primus Inter Pares", meaning, "first among all of his equals". The kind of authority which is enjoyed by Prime Minister in parliamentary form of government is immense and can never be equated even with the authority of all the members of Council of Minister put together.
