Appropriation bill under Article-114, is passed during the budgetary process in Parliament. This bill consists of demand for grant of all ministeries and departments. Passage of this bill authorizes expenditure from Consolidated Fund of India. Government will not be in a position to make any expenditure unless Appropriation bill has been passed by Parliament.
