Welcome to MCQ Buddy Refund Policy. We will try to cover all the terms and conditions regarding refund of money when you are doing any transanction with MCQ Buddy through our third party payment app.
Currently we are selling e-books in form of pdf files. There are many PDF ebooks available on our website under https://www.mcqbuddy.com/shop. The price of every e-book is different and it is mentioned below the ebook.
When any user wants to purchase any ebook, he clicks on Buy Now button which will redirect him towards our checkout page. On checkout page he will be asked to pay the amount (Which is different for different ebook). When user clicks on Pay Now button, He will be shown one page to make the payment. User can make payment through various modes (credit card, upi, debit card etc.)
Since we are providing soft copy of ebooks. So when any user purchases any ebook, that ebook is downloaded in his/her mobile/tablet/laptop etc. So if he desires to refund his money back. We will not provide any refund for such types of purchases.
If payment has been deducted from bank account and ebook is not downloaded then you can contact us through our contact us page. We will provide the ebook through your email id.
It is advised to pay only when you are sure that you want to purchase the e-book. E book is not hard copy and it can not be reverted back to us. So no refund will be taken place, if you purchase any e-book.
