Part-IV(A) deals with Fundamental duties which was added by 42nd Amendment Act. Whereas Part-IX deals with panchayat and Part-IX(A) deals with municipalities which were added into constitution by 73rd and 74th Amendment Act respectively. Part-VIII which was there in original constitution deals with union territories.
