Explanation: Article-17 and Article-18 of constitution provides for the prohibition of practice of untouchability and abolition of titles respectively. As per Article-18, state will not give any titles to further discriminate. This with abolition of untochability under Article-17 is a social issue, prohlbition of which brings social equality.
