Explanation: Article-41 of the Indian constitution which talks about right to work to education and to public assistance in certain cases deals with Directive Principles of State Policy. As per the article State shall make effective provisions for securing these rights in cases of unemployment old age sickness and disablement and in other case of undeserved want.
