President is elected by collegium consist of MP's of both Houses and MLA's of all states and Union Territories. Vice President is elected by MP's of both Houses of Parliament. Members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha needs to pass resolution with two third majority for removal of Judges of Supreme Court and High Court.
