Judicial Review in Indian Constitution is based on several foundations. According to Indian constitution it was primarly based on Article-13 which says that Judiciary has exclusive right to stuck down unconstitutional law and executive order based on Procedure Established by Law. But with successive judgements Due Process of Law also taken into consideration.
